I'm back again with my second post as a guest blogger! This time around I'm going to show you how to jazz up your lollipop flowers.
On my first layout I used glossy accents around the edges of each layer of the flower and on the leaves as well. Since it's clear it allows the pattern to show through, but it adds an extra bit of gloss to draw the eye. I also clustered different gems in the center of the flower.
I stepped up the bling a little bit on this flower! I sprayed the individual circles with Pearl Glimmer Mist and let it dry. After I assembled the flower, I added Stickles glitter glue to each layer of the flower. Then I adhered another cluster of gems and pearls in the center of the flower.
On this last layout, I cut one of my circles with scalloped scissors to add even more interest. Then I used Stickles on the leaves and flower layers. I also included a button in the cluster with the gems. I think this version is my personal favorite.
Almost all of my supplies came from Flamingo Scraps! I used Pink Paislee's Pop Fashion collection. Including the papers, top siders, and alphabet stickers. The gems are from Prima's e-line.
