Blog Facelift and a Layout....

Have you seen our new blog pages?  Make sure you come by the blog and check them out.  We are still updating a bit, but we hope you like it! :)

This weekend, I got a few layouts done... and here's one of them!
From Flamingo Scraps: Pink Paislee 365 Degrees Collection (die cut circle, tag), 7 Gypsies date sticker
Other Supplies: Martha Stewart doily punch  & Hearts punches, American Crafts felt thickers, Imaginesce black rub-ons with bling

I was so frustrated with this one... a little mishap with the rubon sheet left a flower petal on my forehead... literally.  I had to go get the picture reprinted.  sigh.  There was no getting that off... and boy did I try!!  Have you ever had a rubon mishap?  Were you able to get it off?  I'm just wondering if there is a way.... there has to be... please let me know if you have been able to solve that mystery!!

  1. I'm sorry because I was actually laughing at first seeing you with a petal on your head!!
That is a bummer though to have to get your photo reprinted. Hasn't happened to me so I don't have any words of wisdom.

  3. beautiful layout! And yes, i've had a rub-on mishap before, a few actually. That is the reason I rarely use them. One time I was putting rub-ons across the background paper and a strip of hearts stuck to my photo. I ended up covering the whole thing in flowers to hide the mistakes. lol. I did find out recently that Ruby Rock It rub ons don't get stuck like that! They are amazing. I wish all rub-ons were that easy and clean to use!

  4. Loving the updated blog :) I have a love/hate relationship with rubons for that exact reason, I almost ALWAYS have mishaps with them!! I am hoping someone knows how to fix them too haha!! I think you're LO is awesome, so beautiful!!

  5. ...no rub on disasters here but did have an ink one...dropped my pad (permanent fast drying type) on my hubbies face... He told me he wouldn't of cared if I just stuck a flower on him and call it good. I did reprint the pic though. I seem to spill the most stuff on the pants I'm wearing when scrapping.

  7. Scotch tape! That is the best, and only way, to get a rub on off of something. Works every time! Love the page!!

  8. If it isn't stuck on too hard, it will come off using an adhesiver eraser. It worked for me! Love the LO and the photo!
