What Goes With What? Parisian Anthology!

What goes with Pink Paislee's FABULOUS Parisian Anthology?  Well, we think the answer to this is EVERYTHING!!!  Pink Paislee and the House of 3 have really gone outside the box with the gorgeous embellishments that coordinate with this long-awaited collection -- flowers, incredible bling, and paper embellies.  But the greatest thing about this paper is that it is meant to be ALTERED to ANY COLOR you choose!!  Frankly, I was scared to death to put inks and mists to this paper with its natural resist patterns, but after watching this fantastic video on the Pink Paislee site, I jumped in and it is easy peasy!!

So, having said everything goes with Parisian Anthology -- here are the samples I altered with Tim Holtz Distress Inks, Maya Mists, and Glimmer Mists -- all available at Flamingo Scraps!

Parisian Anthology altered with Tim Holtz Distress Inks -- left to right --
Victorian Velvet, Antique Linen, Chipped Sapphires

Using Maya Mists to Alter Parisian Anthology -- left to right -- Raspberry Blue Metallic,
Cherry Metallic, and Charcoal.  The left half of the Charcoal sample has been misted with
Iridescent Pearl Maya Mist.

Tattered Angels Glimmer Mists -- Delphinium Blue, Pomegranate, Timeless Lilac
As shown in the video, I found it helpful to wipe away the excess medium that doesn't stick to the resist pattern.  It is like uncovering a treasure and gives a buffed appearance to the pattern.

Is there a color palette you would love to have but never seem to be able to find, a special picture you just can't find the right paper for?  Pink Paislee's Parisian Anthology just granted your wishes!!!
